We are very proud of our cheese Dalmatinac. Except for the fact that it was on this „hot“ list, it was awarded the title of The Best Central & Eastern European Cheese in Birmingham in 2012, and Supergold on the same contest in 2014. It received many medals for its quality and taste.
Dalmatinac is mixed milk cheese made from cow & sheep milk. The difference between our other mixed milk cheese, Pramenko, and Dalmatinac , is in the percentage of cow & sheep milk; Dalmatinac has more cow’s milk and that’s why it is milder and softer than Pramenko
