The taste of the wine shows exceptional freshness and youthful playfulness, an extremely mild percentage of alcohol perfectly fits into this whole, making Grgurević Opolo extremely attractive, mostly a refreshing summer wine that must be drunk chilled.Harvest: mid-September
Vinification: short maceration 18 to 36 hours of fermentation in stainless steel barrels
Maturation: 6 months in stainless steel barrel 1 month in bottle
