Opolo is a cheerful red to pink color with beautiful various shades that vary from year to year, ie from specific climatological conditions.
Opolo is dominated by the specific aroma of Plavac mali, which we recognize as fresh fruit, such as cherries, cherries, forest berries and, of course, the specialty of indigenous yeasts that give this wine the recognizability of the local terroir.
